Our space-themed waiting room is every child’s dream. iPads and Kindle Fires loaded with fun games and an illuminated rocket make your child’s mind soar far from the dental office. Our multimedia program features Kirby the chimpanzee teaching children and parents about pediatric dentistry.

When Dr. Shaw enters the exam room, it is clear that her first priority is establishing a rapport with your child. The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry encourages parents to find their children a dental home by their first birthday. You will know you have found it here. Parents are welcome in the treatment room during the child’s first visit and all subsequent checkups.

Dr. Shaw practices kind, gentle, compassionate dentistry and treats her patients as she would her own children. She takes a conservative approach to dentistry, with a focus on prevention.

We use amalgam-free and BPA-free restorative materials. Each procedure begins with a class so your child will know what to expect. They see and touch the instruments.

We’re here when you need us. We are open Monday through Friday and will always try our best to appoint your child as soon as possible, often the same day.

At the end of every treatment visit, your child leaves with an organic fruit bar. Every appointment ends with a visit to Sabrina the Tooth Fairy, who lives inside a magic mirror.

Dr. Rachelle Shaw accepts all major insurance plans except for Medicaid, Centennial Care, and Salud. We are an in-network provider for Delta Premier, Delta PPONM, Aetna PPO, and Cigna PPO, among others. We are happy to file on your behalf and can request an estimate from your insurance company prior to beginning treatment so you will know upfront what your out-of-pocket expense will be, if any.
